B & J Water Conditioning was started in 1979 by William "Bill" Ward and James "Jim" Weber. The beginning wasn't your typical business venture, as both Jim and Bill worked for an appliance shop doing sales and installations. While Jim was away at a sales meeting, Bill submitted both of their two weeks notice and threatened to become a competitor of the appliance store if they weren't sold the water softening portion of the business. The store agreed to the terms and Jim heard all about the deal when he returned home from Cabo San Lucas.
President- Karen Weber
Karen has been around since the beginning as an owner of the company and in 2009 she took over as President after her husband, Jim, retired after more than 30 years spent with B&J Water.
Vice President- Quinn Weber
Quinn is the eldest son of Jim and Karen Weber and first joined B&J Water in 1991. In 2009, he took over control of operations upon Jim's retirement and has been running day to day operations for over a decade.
Office Manager- Penny Adams
Penny has been with B&J Water since 1999 as office manager, and she took a firm stance on not having her picture taken for the website.
Service Technician/Installer- Owen Weber
Owen joined B&J Water in 2022 as a service technician/installer. Owen is the newest in the Weber family to begin working with B&J and has learned the ropes quickly in the short time he's been on staff.
Director of Online Services- Jared Weber
Jared is the youngest son of Quinn and actually began working for B&J Water in the mid-2000's as a lawn mower and a water bottle refiller, but has recently returned to take control of online operations, from website to social media.
